Product Care

Handbags

  • Made by hand from high-quality genuine leather, with laser-cut patterns and handwoven details.

  • Natural variations in tone, marks, and texture veins are signs of authenticity.

  • For daily use, avoid direct sunlight, moisture, rough surfaces, and beauty products. If wet, pat gently with a natural-colored, non-fluffy absorbent cloth.

  • Do not overload the bag to maintain the laser-cut pattern’s precision.

  • Store standing inside its dust bag, filled with tissue paper to retain shape.

Shoes

  • Handmade from high-quality genuine leather. Some designs use lambskin, others (with laser-cut patterns) use cowhide.

  • Keep away from alcohol, oils, and water. If wet, let dry naturally away from heat sources.

  • Never clean with soap or water. Use tested leather care products carefully as instructed.

  • Shoes naturally change shape over time—molding to your foot and stretching with wear.

  • To maintain shape, stuff with uncolored tissue paper or use a shoe tree.
