Shipping & Returns

Delivery

  • Orders shipped via JET courier. JABODETABEK: 3–4 working days, other domestic: 4–7 days.

  • Pre-order: If product is out of stock, production takes 14 working days after payment, shipment dispatched on day 15.

  • Shipping fee: Rp 50.000 per max 3 kg. If more than 3 kg, extra Rp 50.000 will apply. Other shipping costs (insurance, overload, etc.) are borne by customer.

  • Coverage: Currently shipping to Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia. For other countries, contact our Personal Shopper.

  • Important notes:

    • Payment & shipping address must be verified before dispatch.

    • Once shipped, address cannot be changed. Please ensure someone is available to sign for the package.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Change of Mind (14 Days): Returns/exchanges allowed within 14 days. Must include a clear unboxing video as proof of condition.

  • Exchange (7 Days): Allowed within 7 days for regular-priced items only (not sale items), subject to stock availability.

  • Condition: Items must be returned with dust bag/box, undamaged, and not altered/repaired by external parties.

  • Faulty Items (7 Days): Claims for faulty items must be made within 7 days with an unboxing video. Wear & tear is not considered a fault.

  • Replacement: If faulty due to design/production, replacement may be offered, subject to stock availability.

  • Shipping Costs: All shipping fees (to us & back to customer) are borne by customer.

  • Return Method: Use TIKI/JNE/JET for standard returns, or Grab/Gosend for instant returns.
