How long does it take to deliver my purchase?

We aim to deliver your order within 3-4 working days from the time you place your order for JABODETABEK area and 4-7 days for all domestic address. Please note that all delivery times should be referred as guidelines only. Ella & Glo use courier partner to handling shipment, therefore shipping time may be vary depending on our courier partner.

 

Can I order shoes using my own design?

Yes, The creative team at ELLA & GLO is ready to make a special design for making your dream shoes come true. Please contact our customer service officer to make an appointment with our creative team.

 

How long does it take to finish and deliver my order?

It takes approximately 14 working days to finish a custom order. You will receive your shoe in about 21 days from the time you make a payment.

Can I change my delivery address once the payment have been placed?

We cannot change the delivery address once the purchase have been made.

 

Can I place additional items to an existing billing transaction?

We are unable to put additional items to an existing billing transaction. We are not able to combine delivery of two or more billing transaction.

 

How much is the delivery cost?

The delivery cost will be vary depending on your address. Usually for shipment to Jakarta address will cost you 15,000 IDR. Please note that delivery cost of the product is under the authority of our courier partner. Therefore, shipping cost may change without prior notice.

 

Can I make a purchase or order from outside Indonesia?

We only accept purchase and order from Indonesia for the time being.
